com Search Community member. Hello, I have Win 7 64 bit running Microsoft Office I noticed when you do a search on Outlook, it only shows results from 2 – 3 weeks ago and doesn’t show recent results.

Why does this happens and how could I fix it? Thank You! This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. In reply to Brian Tillman [Outlook MVP In reply to AndersonGarcia01’s post on January 28, I am having the same issue. Yesterday, I noticed emails from the same date are not appearing when I use the instant search field. I can see the emails by scrolling to them but not when I search for them.

Today, I am noticing today’s and yesterday’s emails are not appearing when I search. At this time it appears to me at least all emails newer than Monday February 1, are not appearing in search results.

If after typing the search word s and not seeing the emails, I click “Include Older Results” the button is grayed out and the newer emails do show up. This seems backward, the newer emails showing up after I click Include Older Results!!!
